Opinions Needed! (Pic Included)
 

I am unhappy with the roundedness of my lower face, and I am hoping to get it a little more chiseled and defined. I was thinking of getting buccal fat pad removal, maybe cheek implants, and maybe a chin implant. I'm just not totally sure which surgeries would best achieve what I'm going for. What do you think would best achieve what I'm going for? See attached pic. All opinions appreciated!

I am a guy who had cheek implants and thought just like you prior to surgery. Take it from me. Don't ruin your life. Appreciate what you have - a full head of hair, a nice straight nose, good health, and that you are in no way ugly.
