I've heard about this and I wouldn't mind it since I'm going to get implants, and a rhinoplasty, and my eyes are big do kind of droop a little bit.

It depends on the shape and size of the implants you are going to get
If the implants are according to the shape and size of your face, then there will be no or just tiny effect to other parts such as eyes, otherwise if implants are not of good shape then they will effect other parts as well
A good surgeon can trim the implants according to the shape and size of your face.
