Cheek Implant has moved
 

I have had silicone cheek implants since 1986, after extensive facial trauma and reconstruction. In the past year, the right one has been gradually gravitating upward and outward, while "something" low near the buccal fold is movable from inside and outside of my mouth. I have pressure sensitivity when washing my face, etc. but in the past 24 hours, my face is tender. Ever encountered a broken implant? That's my best guess. And would/could this in ANY way affect my sinuses? Thanx for input. Debbie
