| Hi guys I am ugly with a long face please help me out! Wow, I'm glad I found this place. I am African American & I have a LOOONG face, think Kelly Rowland as well as a high forehead. I would like a more sculpted face, a fuller face, less long more like a Beyonce fave/Toni braxton face.
I don't know how to post pics óf myself but I'm planning to. I would like to hear opinions from vets here about how I can give the illusion of a ""shorter`` face, I would have thought cheek implants add width, maybe jaw implants as well. |

| I would really need a photo to make any assessment.

Ok, so I finally posted pics here! Please help me out guys! And I have thick skin. So I dont mind the harsh comments. Yes I have my own ideas but I would love to know what total strangers think! LOL!
What bothers me the most is how long my face is, I know I'm ugly & I wont get mad if suggestions are thrown out there!
Ideally, I would want a more proportional face. Right now its too long & too thin. I'm aware that a rhinoplasty would improve my looks but IMO, I need something in the way of cheekbones to give illusion of shorter face?
Yes I'm open to ideas!
And, Robyne, thanks a lot for the reply please take a look at my pics & give suggestions as I'm curious to see how strangers view me! |

| It's hard to accurately judge because the pics are so up close. Can you take the same pics but from further back? Use the cameras timer and stand several feet back - up close pics exaggerate proportions. |

| Mr. Z is right. As the pics are taken at very close range, it makes it difficult to accurately assess the issue.
I would go with malar implants and possibly a small chin implant.
Can you post a profile pic?

| 1. chin implant and go to a dentist too if you have an overbite..Maybe invisalign
2.Upper lip lift..Just a little subtle change to remain natural looking and not have your upper lip look much bigger than the lower. To create smaller distance between upper lip to nose
3. Nose tip refinement..Just a little definintion, but keep your natural ethnicity.
4. Maybe a little bit of fat transfer to the lower cheeks just to create more of an oval face. However. this one is very up to you. For instance, in asian culture. women really like the v shaped chin/cheeks/jaw
Hope this helps. |

| cheek implants I am wondering if cheek implants would help with marinette lines from nose to mouth area. It seems it would bring up some of the slack. I am 62 years old. I am considering injections in my temple area, but would prefer something more permanent. I was hopig the implants would also help in the eye area, sort of plump it up a bit. Anyon e have any luck with that? Thanks... |
