hi , how r u all ?

i want to have the oval face but my problem is i have bulky cheek so i cannot go for cheek implants and iam 30 years so my doctor is not recommending facelift for me he says there will be complications later on ( as i age ) ( iam not sure about that )

anyways, this girl has a very bulky cheek and yet she got her oval face by cosmetic -- of course !!!

She did not use tape. Too funny!

Anyway,cutie, althought the lower photo looks retouched, it appears that she got cheek impants, a chin implant, lip injections (you can see her lipstick is ouside her lipline in the original photo), and fillers.

Looks like a different person!

She is pretty in both photos, however, upon further inspection she looks much younger in the original photo.

I would not consider the second photo good plastic surgery necessarily, as she looks "done".

Regardless if the photo was retouched or not, she looks like she had an upper lip implant vs. injections, as it has a "slug-like" look. Her bottom lip looks unretouched, as it was pouty and full in the original.

I also see dental work, both cosmetic as well as orthodontial.

I have scheduled and paid for a set of procedures with Francis Palmer, MD. I chose him because he kept telling me that he was "world famous" and the best doctor for cheeks. However, I cannot find reviews of him anywhere!

Anyway, he wanted me to get 3 syrninges of Juvaderm, microliposuction to my cheeks and cheek implants. Because the price of the Juvaderm was $1000/syringe, I declined it but went with the other 2 procedures (augmentation and microlip)

I called the other day to ask for pictures of what microlipo to a man's face would like like and they sent me to this picture (the man at the bottom:

The man's nasolabial folds look gone but Dr Palmer says he had no fillers just a face lift, microlipo and a neck lift. If microliipo does this good of a job eliminating nasolabilal folds, I am concerned that they wanted me to get fillers, too. In other words, I am worried about Palmer's ethics (i.e., selling procedures you don't need)


My questions:
1- do you believe this guy had no fillers?
2 - has anybody heard anything about Dr Palmer's cheek work with men?
1- does this guy look like

I agree with robyne00 on this one. She definitely looks younger in the original pic. That is definitely not good cosmetic surgery considering that fact.
