Default 19 Yrs Old, Cheek Implants or Permanent Fillers?

I am 19 years old and I'm dissatisfied with the appearence of my cheekbones or lack thereof. While I am 5 pounds away from underweight, I feel I have no contour in my face. I am aiming for the inverted triangle look where the cheeks are the widest and it narrows at the jaw line. Would cheek implants or permanent fillers to the cheeks be a better option for me? I was advised by a friend to go for the fillers instead, but when I age wouldn't that fullness eventually drop and create an odd thicker lower face? People with normal fat on their cheeks disipate with age versus all that fat remaining the same fullness and just sagging, or am I incorrect? This is my current face with I feel is too flat and here is my goal (please forgive the bad editing)

Thank you.

You are very young. if I were you I'd go with fillers.

Do you have a profile pic?

Hi, thanks so much for answering. I provided a profile pic and a 3 quarter pic. Once again, I apologize for the sloppy editing; I always seem to make myself look like some kind of phantom! Anyway, now you can see my face is totally flat; there is no cheek bone popping out when I turn to the side. You can also see my hollow undereyes and I am getting those filled with a permanent filler. I'm just doubtful about permanent fillers to the malar area because as one surgeon said "Where would that end up in 10-20 years?" I'm thinking maybe size medium malar implants?

Because you have a narrow jaw I would say this is more or less what you already have?

Hi, I feel that even though my jaw is narrow my cheeks are so flat that I barely have an V shape. I am aiming for an exaggerated V shape as model Sasha Pivovarova has. Besides wanting a V shape, it bothers me with in 3 quarter view my cheeks are barely existent.

Hi Johanna, can you post a 3 quarters view (to see that problem you're talking about)

Thank you for your reply, I posted a link a few posts up with a profile and a 3 quarter view. The program would now allow me to post a picture despite the link working fine. To the picture on the left, for me, it is easy to tell the cheek area under the eyes is extremely straight and flat when the ball of the cheek is supposed to jut out a little. That is why I'm thinking maybe I think a need medium malar implant to bring out the edges of the top of my cheeks and to make my midface wider.
