oh i forgot to post these ones too! these are just called the 'binder submalar facial implant" according to implantech

I don't see any difference between these two types posted. Are they the same?

Yeah take a look at them again and you'll notice the second type extends further. Here's what the manufacturer says about the two types (i'm pasting it exactly here)

BINDER SUBMALAR FACIAL IMPLANT
Elevates and repositions the overlying midfacial soft tissue in an anterior and superior position for more youthful appearance • Adds lower midfacial fullness while softening the nasolabial fold

BINDER SUBMALAR II FACIAL IMPLANT
Same aesthetic benefit as Binder Submalar, but designed to fit more inferiorly into the submalar space to provide natural augmentation in patient with high cheekbone and sunken cheeks
