I never got why they only do simulations from one or two angles... this would be a great tool for sure!

Excellent idea! You just mentioned a very prolific concept! :)

On a side note, people must be very careful using the simulation software. It is great for putting the patient and surgeon on the same page, so to speak, but the surgery rarely if ever turns out exactly as the morphs/simulation software suggests.
