I just saw this post and when I first looked at your photo I also couldn't understand why you wanted to do anything to your cheeks they look nice and full.. and besides, from the hours of research I've done online, It's concluded to be more natural for females to have lower cheeks and for males higher. Some surgeons even note this on their websites.

The only thing I picked up on from your picutre that could have used improvement was your nose, but to be honest that's just being picky, because even though your eyes are covered you appear to have a pretty face. But from rading your post you already had the surgery so I wish you the best and I hope your happy wth the outcome.

Thanks alot for the compliment. i quite happy with the outcom however i still want an oval face which i can't have due to my bulky cheek.

As a follow up for my previous thread , I went to Dr. Jason Diamond as my last hope to have higher cheekbone , he recommended to get cheek implants !! and he advised me to get radiesse fillers first and if I like the results , he will go for the cheek implant procedure !!
