| The fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, etc.) won't be permanent, but they are known to last up to a year The permanent ones available have been known to cause lumps later on, so I would stay away from those!
You look like you already have full cheeks, so I don't think cheek implants would be a good idea for you. You could maybe get a little filler injected high on your cheek to give the effect of a higher cheek bone? |

| I would go for temporary facial fillers and not in your already full cheeks.
Addressing your nasolabial lines will definitely improve your visage.

Please report back to us how it works out! | hi all , i went to the clinic and the doctor advised me to reduce the size of lower part of my nose and not to do any thing to my cheek because i have bulky cheek and i very young for face lift ( iam 30 years old )
i asked him what procedure to be done to delay the sagginess of my cheek , he replied that nothing i can do about it ( not even botox ) is that True ?????
based on what he told me that i can't have higher cheek bone as well as i can't controll the ageing of my skin because i have bullky cheek ???!! is that true !!!!!
he also told botox is useless when it comes to aging !!!!
Ladies --------------Please advise ( is he a good doctor ?!) |

| Hmm... well I don't agree with that! If you are satisfied with your nose why he is telling you to change it (maybe because it will make him more money?) You can get an injectable filler to make your cheekbone look higher, it won't stop the sagging (that is true) but it will make it look higher if he injects it in the right place. You are too young for a face lift girlfriend Did he mention anything about buccal fat pad removal? I *think* that will make cheeks look less puffy (if that's what you want, and it sounds like you do) |
