| malar, submolar or combined? hi everyone! im new here. really want to get cheek implants but i'm so confused as to what type (malar, submolar or combined) I should get and what size. Tough decision!
Can anyone tell what type of implant this guy got (I doubt you can also tell the size also)? http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/g...lo/implant.jpg

Please let me know what implants you think the person in the pic I posted has had. I really can't tell. |

| It's hard to tell, but my guess would be combo malar/submalar implants. I don't think they look very natural. Is that the look you are going for |

| Looks like a combo or malar. They are very large and I agree with la_angel that they look unnatural. I do not like the obvious hollows present in the face. Makes the subject look gaunt and unhealthy. One major problems with cheek implants is that surgeons go too big.

| Yes, go with the smaller sizes You often hear about people complaining their cheek implants are too big but rarely (if ever) do you hear complaints they are too small. I'm not an expert on cheek implants, but from what I've heard the malar/submalar will probably look more natural than just malar. |
