Should i do malar implant?
I`ve heard that SUBMALAR implants make you look younger , and MALAR implants can improve the shape of the face, can make the face sexier, and can create the triangle of beauty which then makes the face look sexier, and also I have almost a flat face ,can malar implants do anything for me ? , here are two pictures of me that I uploaded, THANKS IF ANYBODY ANSWERS TO ME . Personally, I do not think you need cheek implants, however, what you have is classified as a Type 2 deformity on The Binder Scale. As per The Binder Scale, you would benefit from submalar implants. Here is the actual definition from the scale:

"Type II deformity: Atrophy of the midfacial soft tissues in the submalar area with adequate malar development is seen in the type II deformity. Patients with this deformity have wide or flat faces and benefit from the placement of a submalar implant."

You could also do a combination malar/submalar implant (used for a type 4 deformity), but many times the results are not good. Cheek implant surgery is a very tricky one.

Have you done any research? What surgeons have you looked into?

To be honest, I wouldn't say it looks bad right now (since you're young) but yes, I can see this becoming a problem later on as you age (when there will be less fat on your face).

Yes, I would agree you that submalar cheek implants may be the way to go. But not many surgeons do them (or do them right) so don't rush into it. If you can afford it, you may want to try a couple syringes of Juvederm Ultra Plus to add some temporary volume to the area. But if you are set on the implants, skip the Juvederm because that will make it harder for the surgeon to gauge your face accurately.

Do you mind me asking how old you are?
