Actually, Michelle's lines are rather hard as well, it makes her bridge appear that much more rigid. However, it wasn't operated on.

Here are some videos showing the technique.

Clearly you can see how a lighter color makeup is used down the bridge to give the illusion of a straight light reflection, and the sides are shaded a color darker than the complexion to give a sense of shadow. Now go up and look at Michelle's nose again. Clearly, makeup.
I can see what you're talking about here. Monique did have a bad makeup artist that day. You can totally tell the color difference in her neck.
I still say that Michelle looks like she had a nose job from the pictures shown in the original post.
Pictures are hardly ever proof of plastic surgery though. We've seen too many examples of photoshop-ed pictures, good lighting, and gobs of makeup that a professional makeup artist put on.
Who knows???...

Makeup can change the face to a degree, but I think this looks more like a Rhinoplasty than well applied makeup/contouring.

Something else on her face looks different, too. Is her jaw/chin area stronger?

Well I'm not expert by any means, but I think that it honestly looks like an actual change. Not just makeup. I admit, the examples used in the OP are possibly the work of makeup. However, the other links robyne00 posted seem to show surgical changes.
