How on earth do they even fit in that large of breast implants under the skin? To me those look like they would be extremely painful!

And to imagine ... she might think they look good!!! Not natural (obviously), but she might like the outcome. Personally, if I was her I'd be incredibly dissatisfied. If she's happy I guess that's all that matters. Eek!
