How on earth do they even fit in that large of breast implants under the skin? To me those look like they would be extremely painful! :eek:

And to imagine ... she might think they look good!!! Not natural (obviously), but she might like the outcome. Personally, if I was her I'd be incredibly dissatisfied. If she's happy I guess that's all that matters. Eek! ;)
