Her breast implants are the worst! How come she hasn't had those re-done yet with a smaller size?

The trainer hasn't even waited for them to drop, not too mention they're WAAAAY to big for her frame.

Madonna looks good for her age, but her musculature and creepy old hands freak me out. She needs to grow up.
