What do you think he had done? To me it looks like another nose job and some big time fillers in the cheeks. His eyes always had that weird lifted look so I don't think he's done anything with those. I see some crows feet showing so it looks like he could use some more Botox too ;)

He could use some fillers lol. In his forehead too. Maybe he did get another nose job. His eyes always were weird ... now they are even more odd looking. His cheeks look very plump as well.

Yeah I think it's another nose job. If anything he needs to get a reverse eye lift to make his natural eyes not so weird! Aging and drooping of his eyes will actually be a good thing in his case.
