| Skin whitening is obvious, as are contact lenses. At least two nose jobs are suspected as well as an eye lift, injectable fillers, and thinning of his lips. I wonder if he's done, or if he's only just begun. Scary thought.

| I suppose looking at the Sammy Sosa plastic surgery trainwreck makes me feel a tad bit better about myself. That is another thing too. I am afraid of getting stuff fixed because I don't want to turn into a horror story. If these people can afford all the best surgery and they still have a bad outcome how can I possibly expect to do better than them? |

It can be dangerous if used incorrectly or if you have an adverse reaction and continue to use it. It has been positively linked to certain conditions from dermatitis to yes, cancer.
It has been known to be an effective treatment. Many use it for melasma.
If you are closely monitored by your doctor (i.e.: blood tests, overall physical examinations, etc.) you stand a better chance of having good results with this product.

He is a rich and famous celebrity, and perhaps even a credible surgeon may get money hungry or be afraid to say no to a star. This diminishes their credibility if you ask me.
Maybe he didn't go to a credible surgeon. Who knows? You can't judge your potential outcome based upon someone elses results. That's being uninformed and unrealistic about plastic surgery. You have to be grounded (somewhat ), make sure you are getting surgery for YOU (not because people made fun of you or you're competing with others), research the surgery you want, find credible surgeonS (plural), and proceed from there.

| Wait the skin whitening is obvious but I looked at the Sammy Sosa before and after pictures again and his nose looks the same. Are you sure he has had rhinoplasty? |

Here's a link confirming his use of skin whitening products. He may even become the spokesman for the product in the future. He's claiming it's a moisturizer. Perez Hilton: Sammy Admits He Bleaches His Skin!

| LOL I read that Perez post about Sammy Sosa while I was in bed on my phone the other night because I couldn't sleep To think that he would be a spokesman about a bleaching cream? I am sure whichever company that was partnering with him doesn't want to be associated with him now that he resembles a clown! |
