I recently saw a clip of Zac Efron from back when he was on Summerland (I think he was 15) and his nose looks very different. The nose is a lot fatter on the sides.

I know he is Jewish too and I in no way am saying this in a racist way but I have a lot of friends of this ethnicity and they have had nose jobs because they didn't like their noses. They Told me that Zac's nose now is different from before and that he has a rhinoplasty for sure.

I read the gossip rags like all the time and I have not seen anything about Zac Efron plastic surgery in them. I don't know I think it may be natural. I do think though that he wears makeup and colored contacts. He is pretty feminine but I think his PR machine has tried toning that down the last couple years and trying to make him more manly looking.

It's hard to say. Yes he does wear makeup and what not so obviously he cares a lot about how he looks. It wouldn't be unthinkable then to say the Zac Efron rhinoplasty rumor is indeed true.

I looked at some before and after pictures on Google of him when he was younger and now and the bridge of his nose does look quite a bit thinner. Was it from plastic surgery? I don't know. I guess I don't remember how much the nose changes during that time so I can't say for sure. It does look like a pretty intense change and I do know my nose certainly didn't thi out like his did "naturally"

Not exactly what you would call a high school musical fan here but all this I am seeing about the celebs makes me hate them even more. People need to learn how to be satisfied with what they were born with.

Zac Efron has been my #1 crush ever since the first High School Musical movie. He is such a cutie! Do you know if those deep ocean blue eyes are real? I think they are and they are to die for. That's all I care about. As long as his eyes are real I'm a happy camper hehehe.

When these celebrities are constantly exposed to the public eye, they need to keep their appearances fresh, as well as keep up with the "Joneses", so to speak. It is just like when Susie doesn't like the bump on her nose, or perhaps someone from LA who has small breasts. Not just celebrities are guilty of this. Besides, if one can actually improve their physical appearance and feel better about themselves as a result of doing so, why not?!?!?

Oh, and by the way ... they ALL wear makeup, regardless of gender. On the red carpet, if you present yourself sans bronzer, the flashbulbs make the skin look ghostly and pale in photographs. If it is an event during high temperatures, face powder is necessary. Not to mention covering up under eye circles, putting a base on lids to eliminate discoloration, gussying up the brows (pencil, clear or colored mascara), a stroke of blush on the cheeks perhaps, and lip balm or gloss. And that's just for the guys ...

I remember reading in an interview a couple years ago that he even admitted to wearing colored contacts but they were "enhancers" only (which enhance the eye's color). They aren't like the opaque colored contacts that are most commonly used.

Robyne is right about the flash bulbs. This is especially true for TV actors because the lightening is often more intense than in movies. If they didn't use something to darken their skin they would look ghost white... almost as much as Sammy Sosa
