If Zac Efron did have a nose job I am happy to hear he his not advertising it for the world to know. So many little girls and boys look up to him and it would break my heart for them to be admiring yet another plastic surgery peddler. If he did have this operation I must say it looks very natural and would be an example of an acceptable nose job. Anything unnatural looking should never be done on anyone.

I agree, his results (if he did have rhinoplasty for sure) look natural, which is a good thing. What if he had a nose that really bothered him (kids making fun of him as a kid, something he felt made him unattractive, etc.) what's wrong with attempting to improve your appearance? Especially that he can financially at this point in his life? I support people's ability to be able to alter their appearance as they see fit. Professionally speaking, people should be evaluated on regualr basis, regarding their mental health. Look at the celeb posts on this forum (i.e.: Israel's Pam Anderson, Cat Man, Mexican Jocelyn Wildenstein, The Reincarnated Egyptian Queen, etc). When people have an excess of money, time, and/or a strong desire to work on their "look", it can be dangerous.

I agree with robyne there is nothing wrong with improving ones self and if anything it levels the playing field for all of us. We always say how unfair it is that some people are born beautiful? Well plastic surgery gives us a fighting chance to compete. If anything that makes it more fair and that's another reason why I'm against this new tax. The rich will always have no problem to affording it. We need to make it more accessible to average people so they can improve themselves if they wish to do so.

Has anyone noticed Zac trying to butch up and act more manly lately? After that statement by Jessica Biel about his makeup he has tried to man up it looks like. I saw an interview this weekend with him and he was trying to act very tough. LOL he's not fooling me!

Ha I really try and stop myself from gossiping about others but I do have one funny story about Zac I will share since it's not anything scandalous.

He might not do this now but about 2-3 years ago Zac would hold "Musical Monday's" at his condo in Toluca Lake (a neighborhood in the northern part of Los Angeles) where he would have a get together and watch a musical. He would invite others he met on set that were around the same age. There's nothing wrong with that but I only find it funny because of how much he is into theatre and all that. He is a very modest guy though his condo (which he might have sold since) was a very simple place that was not in an expensive neighborhood. I doubt that place cost him more than 500,000 which is very cheap for the area.

He looks very contrived and made up to me. Everything is too perfect on him and his eyes are contacts without a doubt. I would not be the least bit surprised if he's had a nose job.

I bet he will age good though with how good he cares for his appearance!
