Kim Kardashian Plastic Surgery - I CANT BELIEVE THIS!!!
 

Has anyone seen the latest Kim Kardashian before and after pictures of her plastic surgery? Is this for real? Did she really get butt implants like this?

Oh I definitely think Kim had cosmetic surgery. I mean you don't go from having a flat butt like that to having a huge ridiculously big thing like that. I think her whole family has had a lot of work done. Have you seen Bruce? He seems like a nice guy but wow he definitely had a nip and tuck here and there. Kris Jenner is looking mighty fine too I hope I look like her when I reach that age.

There's no doubt in my mind she got her butt done.

I don't think it was butt implants though. What I think Kim Kardashian did was get fat lipo'd out from somewhere else and shot up into her butt. That seems to make the most sense and be the logical choice. Implants would be a pain in the ass -- literally LOL

Whether she did or not I don't know but yeah I agree with the poster above me she looks good. I'm not a huge fan of her sister though, Khloe. It's not that she's not as pretty because that's not a maker or breaker in relationships. It's the fact that she is a total b*tch to everyone. Guys hate that. Good luck to her getting married and finding a dude that will put up with that attitude.

I think it's safe to say that Kim definitely had some sort of augmentation of her behind. I mean the pics above don't lie. Before it looked like her butt was as flat as a board.

I wonder if it has anything to do with her obsession with black guys and how they tend to like bigger butts more? Maybe she decided to make herself more curvy to attract them?

I totally agree with the second part of your post. She is augmenting herself to appeal to a particular demographic. Also known as direct marketing. ;)

Personally, I think she's pretty, but I do not like her posterior at all. I'd be embarrassed. :)

Oh most definitely. She is Armenian and her current nose is not natural. I think all of the Kardashian sisters have had rhinoplasty and obviously their stepdad Bruce die! Khloe looks like she has one one nose job but she needs another. Sometimes that how it goes and you need 2 surgeries to get the job done.
