I found this post while trying to figure out the answer to this myself. I believe all of the Kardashians have had a lot of cosmetic surgery.

I can tell you for a fact Kim has not had butt implants. I don't know about the rest of the accusations you guys are making but I do know her butt is natural. You guys shouldn't be spreading rumors like that.

No one is "spreading rumors". This is not high school lol. I think she has had fat transfers from other areas in her body.
What are your verifiable sources regarding that she has certainly not has implants in her posterior? Has she had other work done to her rear? Enlighten us.

Like I said I don't know about her other alleged changes but I do know for a fact she certainly has not had butt implants. I'm not going to say how/why I know this, but I do know for a fact.

Hmm ... if you know the REAL answer why wouldn't you clear it up once and for all?
She credits her Armenian heritage for her large posterior, but I know some Armenian girls and they are not carrying around a huge caboose like that by any means.
