She had one nose job, and then had the tip shaved. She also removed had lip implants then had them removed, and got facial fillers. Her rear still remains a mystery to me. The lipo theory posted above is probably the answer.

Unfortunately, they don't deem it unnecessary. They are not trying to keep up with the "Jonses". They are trying to outdo the "Hiltons" that all live in similar bubbles as they do. There is no way all of these celebrities have Body Dysmorphic Disorder (which is soon to be renamed Body Dysmorphic Syndrome). These people don't know what to do with their piles and piles of cash, thusly, why not "improve" oneself? When celebs don't have plastic surgery the public wonders why and criticizes them. When they do, and it usually is done to an excessive degree, we criticize them as well. It's a vicious cycle, and it happens to average folks as well.

I would really love to know if Kim Kardashian has had butt implants. I tried finding before and after pictures of her when she was younger and she looked totally different. I think she sort of looked like a hotel housekeeper or something before. Now she looks all drop dead gorgeous and everything and it is more than makeup going on that's for sure.

The other night they had an episode of that show from the first season and she looked drastically different. Her face looks very different and more contoured. I don't know if she lost weight naturally or maybe had some liposculpting.

Kim had a nose job, and then had the tip shaved. She had lip implants then had them removed, then got lip injections, and also got facial fillers. Some have suspected cheek work as well. I'm not sure whether she had them made smaller or had cheek implants, as the source did not verify.

Her rear still remains a mystery to me. She may have had fat injected into her posterior from other areas of her body, as suggested by la_angel.
