Take a look at Madonna over the years and yep, cheek implants for sure. We loose volume in our cheeks as we age (unless you gain a ton of weight and get fat) and in Madonna's case she has gone from having average to below average sizes cheekbones to these big honking half grapefruits in the sides of her face. She does look good I'm not denying that, but it's not like she's aged naturally. I have no doubt she had implants in her cheeks. What do you think?

Have you seen this picture of her? This was allegedly taken shortly after she had her cheek implants upgraded a size. I don't know if it is true or not but it sure looks like it.

I really think that surgeries seem to be as normal for the stars as say their personal trainers, personal chefs... etc. These people do not look as amazing as they do without 3 THINGS: 1: good genetics, 2: money 3: a staff of people to maintain what God has given them as they age.
