She has reportedly had lipo to her hips, thighs, stomach, and neck. She has also had breast implants, a breast lift, brow lifts, chemical facial peels, cheek implants, a chin implant, mutiple eye lifts, veneers, knee surgery (yes, when she first met Kutcher), and a full body lift. She also has spent an exorbitant amount of money on exercise coaches and trainers.

Amazingly, she still denies she has had any surgery.

Didn't her daughter, Rumor Willis, also undergo some cosmetic enhancements not too long ago? I actually feel quite bad for that poor girl when she had Perez calling her "potato head" on a regular basis. Regardless of how rich and famous her parents are, remarks like that can be especially harmful to anyone at that age. Speaking of Demi Moore's plastic surgery, it probably doesn't help Rumor feel any better when she has such a gorgeous mother... who seems to have achieved that by undergoing every operation under the sun LOL!

Yes, Rumor did have several procedures done. She must have severely low self esteem between her mothers artificial visage, as well as her mother looking better than her.
