Found two very interesting posts on this Top 20 website.

Top 10 Worst Celebrity Lip Jobs

Top 20 Successful nose jobs.

I believe that the nose jobs one is very accurate. As far as the lip jobs post goes, I think I have seen much worse lip jobs than this. But then again....from a celebrities point of view...maybe this is the worst one.

Nose jobs seems to be not that bad but some of the lip jobs depicted here were really horrific.
