I feel so bad for Haylie Duff because obviously she needs a lot of cosmetic surgery done but even that probably might not help while her sister Hilary Duff is so beautiful. How sad that the older sister, Haylie, who is probably wonderful, has to ride the coat tails of her YOUNGER sister! How not fair! I relate to her because growing up my younger sister was always the perfectly adorable one and everyone praised her. So I do this for all the other Haylie's out there who need some fixing up and I want to show that it CAN be done! Haylie if you are reading at this, feel free to bring this to your surgeon to communicate with him. I'm not sure if they could do this exactly but maybe.

I used photoshop to create the after surgery look that would present the ideal Haylie Duff. I gave her the Ashlee Simpson supremo job but even some more stuff because she had some other issues. First, I raised her brow to give her a more feminine look. Next she needed some major softening. She already had a nose job it looked like but it did not do her any favors. I feminized her nose by taking away how aggressive the tip was... it was rotated too high and out too far with too much underneath the tip; thus I brought down the tip (that would use a cartilage strut graft) and brought it in a little bit which would help soften how much of the nose structure would show through. I then bumped out her bridge so it would not be so narrow; this would also give the illusion that her eyes were not as close together (close set eyes is not a feminine trait). She already had her lips done so I did not have to do that. Her chin was way too pointy and long which with her nose and narrow face amplified the problem. I did what would be the equivalent of chin/jaw shaving to bring up her chin and make it less sharp. Next, her face needed some major softness overall in the cheeks which would change her harsh sharp. I did what would be malar implants but also sub-malar implants (in the cheekbone and cheeks). This gave her more the heart shape sexy look that is desired. Overall, I think she could be a stunning girl!

Good work prettything! You have a really good eye! I have a special computer program that aged Haylie Duff and gave me a picture of what she will look like in 20 years but maybe if she gets your surgery suggestions she will save herself.

i don't think her nose is that fixable. she can never be "hot" in the traditional sense on the outside with her bone structure. she's doing the smart thing and not trying to with tons of surgery bec she knows she can't. good for her

great job but do you think a plastic surgeon would be able to shave down her chin and jaw that much with surgery? you should send these before and after cheek implant pictures and everything else you did to her manager or something to pass on to her. maybe she would do it if she saw these pics?

I agree with that. I don't think the "fixed" Haylie looks natural anymore, and for me natural beats plastic butchery, sorry, plastic surgery any day.

I agree that someone less attractive but natural looks pretty than someone really fake pretty. This is because the fake loses a natural spark. So the fake Haylie looks like she is lifeless or something but a pretty wax mannequin.

I like the idea of what you did with Haylie Duff with the cheek implants and rhinoplasty BUT hopefully they could do this in a way where she looks less fake. What would that Dr. Palmer do with her and could he do what you did but only more real?

She looks really good there!!!! Yeah I feel bad for her too because no matter what she does she'll always have that stunning sister. Unless maybe Hilary packs on 50 lbs and pulls a Britney, then Hailey would be hotter!!! but do you know if it's possible to shave down the chin and jaw with plastic surgery? I know chin implants are common but i've never heard of anyone having their jaw shaven down. What doctors do this? It's news to me
