just about all of them have at least had rhino. tom cruise even did when he was 17 and so did his "wife" katie holmes

I don't know if she had a nose job. You have to remember she started in her teens and your bridge naturally becomes more defined as you pass that stage. Maybe she did or maybe she didn't. If she did I'd love to know the name of the surgeon he did an amazing job!!
