What did this spoiled brat do now? Her lips are NUTS!!!! Are these implants because I don't see how any half decent plastic surgeon could eff up someone's lips this bad with just injections. I mean especially since Paris Hilton can afford the best plastic surgeons out there. I CANNOT believe how AWFUL she looks I don't even know what's real on her and what's not anymore. I know she had a nosejob when she was a teen but now it makes you wonder what all is fake on her ya know?

I use to think Paris Hilton was hot when I was younger but now I can see through all her smoke and mirrors like makeup, hair extensions and plastic surgery and think that her saving grace will actually do her in as she has already started to look like a female version of michael jackson. Those lips are so disgusting and look hard and lumpy.

anyone seen and pictures of paris hilton lately? i wonder if she's back to normal my guess is she was out and about to quickly after injections and that was just the swelling. because i don't know any plastic surgeon that is stupid enough to screw up someone's face like that especially a celebrity!

YUCK! Does she think guys will find that sexy? Because I don't know of any that would! Even for porn I think that much plastic surgery is too freaky.
