IMO the *alleged* Tom Cruise plastic surgery is some of the best in Hollywood for a male, if not the best. I think he's done a fantastic job (whatever it is he's had done to maintain his looks) and it's very natural.

You go Tom! (but just don't jump on a couch again because you're so excited about looking good :p)
