when i was checking out at rite aide yesterday i saw on the cover of people magazine about biggest child earners. guess how much miley cyrus makes? over $1 million a week! each week! that is insane she is 14 or 15.

Miley is a pretty girl, but this is a website about plastic surgery. Her face is youthful and flawless, and that includes her nose. When she grows into her skin a bit more, she may or may not want to portray a different image. Remember as she gets older her fans aren't going to be 8-13 year old girls, which would take away some pressure even if Miley considered plastic surgery. When deciding to get work done, be objective; don't worry about the reactions of your peers (or in this case, fans) and don't let others opinion be the reason for your wanting to change. If Miss Cyrus concludes to consult with a surgeon, the only reason should be that she simply wants to feel more comfortable in her own skin, and be confident about those changes. She doesn't need any of it though, if you have a pretty soul, it shines through more than aesthetics, and Miley has a beautiful soul, and a beautiful face (she's got the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS!).
