In her defense, the before photo looks like it was taken a very long time ago. I agree with some nose tweaking and the implants, which although the latter are reasonable in size, they are characteristic implants. I'm not too sure about the eyes. Fillers have been used as well. As I have said before, the quality of the site presenting the info, as well as its sister site have greatly declined in quality over time. No comments can be posted ... still. :confused:

Agreed it's like that site is trying to make a story up when there isn't one.

In that pic it is hard to even tell if Ke$ha did get rhinoplasty. I think her biggest change is the makeup and not the alleged plastic surgery.
