over Christmas i saw one of his earlier movies when he was just starting out and he had ears that stuck out like dumbo! now they dont stick out at all. brad pitt had to have his ears pinned or whatever it's called it was so obvious i don't get why the tabloids or anyone haven't talked about it before.

here are some pictures. it's called otoplastly/ear pinning and as you can see there's no way someone can say he has not gotten it done. probably was his saavy management's idea i'm sure.

so yeah brad pitt had plastic surgery to pin back his ears for sure, but it's ok brad we still love ya. i even love him more for it knowing he wasn't born perfect!

Having previously worked in Hollywood for far too long, I can tell you just about every celebrity has had cosmetic surgery. The large majority of them the general public never notices because they are extremely subtle changes, but astute plastic surgeons do. Don't beat yourself up over your appearance because not even the most famous stars were born perfect.

Wow! Are those before pictures of Brad Pitt from the film "Thelma and Louise"??? I think it is. I remember thinking he was adorable in that film but he is way better looking now!!! His ears really did need some help and what an easy fix and HUGE difference. Would anyone be able to just look at the after pictures and possibly spot he has had ottoplasty? I would never be able to tell.

Geez who would have thought! I can't tell but do you think our boy Brad Pitt had a nosejob too? When he was younger he had a upturned nose where you could see his nostrils and now not so much. Would this be from natural aging and the nose drooping or do you think it's with the help of a scalpel?

i don't think brad pitt had a nose job bec if he did they didn't do a very good job. yeah he's hott but he doesnt have what anyone would consider an ideal nose. one other thing he has had done for sure is his teeth. he got them capped with porcelain veneers in his early 20s. this isnt secret but public knowledge. him [or his people] have even admitted to it in the past.

i love how brad pitt claims the only thing cosmetic hes done is capping his teeth. YEAH RIGHT! look at those pics there is not a single possible way ears naturally change like that! i think he gets a lot of skin stuff to because he had bad acne when he was younger so they had to do a lot to get rid of the scars and potmarks.
