I think he is just going on the same track as other celebrities
He just wants to taste botox, lol.

It looks clear in the before and after pictures that he had some kind of ear surgery.
I also think that he had a nose job too
Although the difference is minor but if you look closely, you will notice the change.
And he says that he only had one surgery 'teeth capping'. lol
