I think this dude is totally beyond fixing that thing you call a nose with ear cartilage or rib cartilage grafts. Look at the thing theres nothing left! He needs a prostetic nose but I think he already has one have you seen those photos of him a few years back where he has bandaids on his nose and something poking out? He probably had a partial implant before or something.
