Like I often say ... time will tell.
She has been honest thus far about her nose, but a highly revered source (a little birdy  ) has informed me that she has had breast implants, lip injections, facial fillers, as well as lipo.

It's rumored that Alexa Ray Joel's nose job was done at the same time as her mother's surgery. They seem to both be denying those rumors adamantly though.
One thing is for sure though, Alexa Ray Joel is honest about her own plastic surgery, but her mother isn't
