Oh my Johnny, what have you done to your cheeks! 
Based on that picture, it is certain IMO that Johnny Depp either had cheek implants or injectable fillers in the cheeks. He looks quite freakish in that picture, but the site doesn't say when it was taken? Are there any other before and after pictures we can use for comparison?

That site has been highly unreliable for quite some time so I'm going to take the pic of Johnny with a grain of salt (and keep my fingers crossed that he didn't ruin his face  ).
