I think this is a great improvement for Kate Hudson! It really is only a subtle change, as your dear Perez pointed out 
I do hope though she doesn't use this first surgery as a stepping stone to keep making her breast implants bigger and bigger later on!

I hate how Perez (la_angel's favorite  ) says she's ugly. He is such a hater.

I think Kate Hudson's breast implants look super and are an example of good celebrity plastic surgery! Instead of going for a major change, Kate just got a small improvement that most people would never notice... Good for her!

The double standard is funny. She got a subtle surgery and many people are criticizing her for not going bigger. Then people get the porn star sized implants and get mocked for the aforementioned. As long as people do what makes THEM happy that's what is crucial.
I think she looks great!

Oh it is totally a double standard. In that sense I can get why stars don't always come clean about their plastic surgery. Whether it's too little, too much or just right, people will always attack them for it  Kate Hudson's breast implants turned out beautifully!

People are haters. They are unhappy with themselves so they try to make themselves feel better by criticizing others, which doesn't work. The individuals being critiqued look better than the haters 99% of the time anyway.

I feel the same and trust me, not all guys think bigger breasts are better. I find sizes that look natural far more attractive.

Kate looks fabulous. The haters can do what they do best, which is hate.
Let them hate while she is (hopefully) satisfied with her new ... er ... "improvements".
They are improvements. She looks great.
I truly hope she is happy and does not take the Montage excursion.
