Cameron Diaz is a natural beauty but she has certainly had some "enhancements" to look even better. Raj Kanodia did her nose and I heard that he (allegedly) blabbered about it afterward.

Anyway if those aren't cheek implants, then she must have a lot of filler going on in there! :p

I know Kanodia did her nose. He "blabbed" after her revision from her original rhinoplasty. I agree about the cheeks, la_angel ;) !!!

Well Cameron Diaz's nostrils do look a little pinched in the after pictures... I wonder if she will eventually need a revision for that?

She's definitely on the PS train. I'm sure we haven't seen the last of her "improvements".
