Is it possible to change your face through plastic surgery?
 

In movies they show through plastic surgery, the character gets a completely new face. Is it possible in real life? And if yes then to what extent?

Any facial feature can be changed, from subtle to any extreme. Look at Jocelyn Wildenstein. Why are you posting this in the Botox portion of the forum?

It's possible to alter facial features, but there are many things that can't be changed (spacing of eyes, length of head, etc).

If you are saying I am mocking you, you are quite wrong. I am trying to provide you with info, but I'm not exactly sure what you are asking ... in the botox forum, no less. What particular procedures are you inquiring about?
