Last I checked, there's only one way a nose tip can thin out and that is with the help of a plastic surgeon's scalpel

I think Beyonce is a beautiful, tremendously talented person, but I believe she has had rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, and maybe even other plastic surgery too. And let's not forget that weave on her head

Everyone already knows about Beyonce's nose job. There was no way for her to keep it a secret. Most celebrities get their nose jobs before they are famous but Beyonce had hers after becoming an international superstar. If she kept her natural nose she would still be a very pretty girl.

She has a more caucasian nose now. She is pretty, and she was pretty before.

I agree that she has had breast implants. She supposedly has cheek implants, veneers, and gets fillers regularly as well.

I was unsure about Beyonce's breast implants (I've never really paid that close of attention to hers) but after watching the Grammys, I think it was pretty obvious. She had honking half-melons under there. They weren't as bad as Posh's, but pretty close

But back to Beyonce's nose job, I would love to know which surgeon did it. He certainly did a great job with it, and her nose probably wasn't the easiest to work with. She has one of the best ethnic rhinoplasty results for sure!

Beyonce's nose job is the TIP OF THE ICEBERG! I think she has had many other plastic surgeries. This is what I think is fake:

-Beyonce wears FAKE hair, quick weaves and front lace wigs. Sometimes you can see the quick weave netting underneath. There was a picture before that showed her hair weave coming apart on her temple.
-I think Beyonce probably has had a boob job. If you see her body before and now it is much more curvy
-Beyonce might have had lip reduction plastic surgery. before picture top right
-probably fake teeth
-her skin I think has been lightened majorly!

I do think Beyonce's nose job looks good tho. I don't know when that was done.

She might have had a nose job but Beyonce's family all have similar noses. I don't know if you make a compelling enough argument for it.

Beyonce has real hair but she wears a quick weave on top of it to give it volume. Take a look at this pic of her hair weave to see for yourself.
