Has Simon Cowell had plastic surgery? On this season of American Idol his face is different. I know he does botox but is there any other work he's had done?

He admits to Botox, but has also had Juvederm as well. Some have suggested he has had fat removed from parts of his face as well. Looks like he has veneers as well. If only he would get some work done on those breasts! ;)

I would have to agree with Robyne - he's probably done all of those things. For the few TV personalities that make over a $100 million a year (like him) you can be sure they get every minimally invasive procedure they can to maintain their appearances.

And oh yes, he does need a breast reduction LOL! :) He also should take it easy on the weights - he's too short to be so buff like that IMO.

I'm more interested in Simon Cowell's lifts than his plastic surgery. He is a short guy and might be shorter than Ryan Seacrest. I think he admitted to wearing lifts in the past but not sure about that. If he didn't admit to it I know he does something to look taller.

He admits to wearing 2 inch heels with 1 inch lifts.

Me too. It is too funny when he stands next to Katie Holmes, as she towers over him in her flats! He should come clean!

It's not only Simon Cowell. EVERYONE on American Idol has had plastic surgery. The black guy used to be fat and now he's not so much.he did surgery for that.

Paula is not on the show now but she is the most plastic of them all. nose jobs and botox. The new woman is the same.

Simon Cowell's plastic surgery is b/c of his self esteem issues. he is a short stubby man. That is why he has big muscles to be manly looking! The shoes are custom made with lifting 3 inches. Simon gets botox and has had a nose job I think. His teeth might be fake and hair plugs are likely. If he is 50 he should be having receding hair by now.

Simon Cowell reminds me a lot of Tom Cruise b/c they are both midgets and both have zero self esteem!
