There are two possible explanations for this:
She's in an abusive relationship and was severely beaten, given two black eyes.
Or she had another facial plastic surgery procedure (rhinoplasty, cheek implants, face lift, etc) and that's why her under eyes are bruised and swollen.
My money is on the second one
