She has had Botox. I do not believe she has had a facelift. She lost between 15-20 lbs., got her teeth whitened, has a makeup artist, and a personal hairstylist.
I give her credit for improving upon her appearance. Imagine being an overnight celeb and have people scrutinizing your every flaw. She is famous for her voice. Not her visage.

If anything, I think it might be bad for Susan Boyle to do Botox and cosmetic surgery. People fell in love with her voice and her appearance, why change something that works?
