A face lift of some type is obvious. It may not have been a full face lift, but a woman of her age just doesn't have a jawline like that naturally Her lips also look artificially inflated

(and those are just the anti-aging surgeries - who knows how many cosmetic surgeries she had in the past!)

I can't believe she denies having ANY surgery. She's 60!!! Multiple facelifts for sure and definitely some lip work. Good call, la_angel!

She had her teeth done early. I would suspect caps based upon when she had them done, in her early modeling days. She has definitely had some minimal fillers as well. Her eyes need some work. Maybe she keeps the lines there so she can deny having any surgeries at all. Her nose looks different, especially at the tip. I suspect cheek implants and perhaps a chin implant as well.

I wonder how she would look now if she had no surgery to date. She probably would have a softer look. She has a very hard visage now. I also noticed her ears stick out more than the average Jane.

She might be "afraid of needles and she’s not injecting anything” (right), but she sure has cut some things up! Maybe she thinks if she denies it enough, the public will believe her. Photos never lie!
