Butt implants Miami Florida need advice. My younger sister wants to get rid of her flat butt and get implants maybe. I am getting some plastic surgery too and wanted to ask for her too. What plastic surgeons do a good job with this and will make her look juicy in a bikini. She is 33 years old.

Well I don't know if butt implants are the solution to looking "juicy" as you put it. A tight, toned in-shape body and legs will beat butt implants any day.You have to remember that the butt is a joint like your elbow or knee is. The reason implants in the breasts work is because that's a part of the body that doesn't really move. It moves every time we walk, stand, sit, or any other physical activity involving our legs. Not to mention you have to sit on it. This is why I don't think butt implants are a good idea, but augmentation using a fat transfer may be okay. Butt augmentation / butt implants in Miami is probably the #1 place for these procedures, so you're in luck in that sense

Yeah, the "juicy" comment caught me off guard lol. I have an extremely small posterior, and I must say, butt implants are one surgery that has never even slightly peaked my interest.

la_angel is right about Miami probably having a plethora of surgeons for this particular surgery.

The best Doctor for butt implants is Dr. Hidalgo in Coral Gables Cosmetic Center , but if you want a brazilian butt lift the best is Dr Simon, he working there too

How do you know this? Are you affiliated with this surgeon or have you had butt implants done by this doctor?

If you are affiliated with this doctor's practice in any way, shape, or form, please be aware that it is now federal law that you must disclose that. You can't just come onto a plastic surgery forum and say so and so is the best for butt implants in Miami, without disclosing your relationship.

Agreed, la_angel. I would like to know how "hellokitty" knows the aforementioned doc is the best. Forum posters cannot break the law.

Maybe the mods/admins want to make some sort of disclosure members have to agree to, prior to joining so they understand and not break the law. This might help to weed out some of the minimal posting members who need to promote a particular doc. Those who have never been here before and never return again, or only return to promote surgeons. Advertise much?!?
