This is great - and a show like this would go over well here in the US too, but perhaps we are not ready . I wonder if people will realize that things can go great right after the surgery and then go horribly wrong if weight is gained or lost or for some other reason fat is redistributed. Butt augmentation is particualrly prone to these types of after effects.
