These are all excellent suggestions, but keep in mind that the results will depend on the reason your butt is not the shape you want. If it's just a case of muscles needing to be more toned, all of this will work. If it's genetics that have given you a certain shape to your body, it will be much harder. If it's a layer a fat, you cannot lose fat in spots so you'd have to lose weight all over first...etc.

I see this post was posted in january, so have you tone and firm up your butt yet? if not, there is this product I saw call booty wow that is supposed to help lift, tone, firm your butt and make it bigger instantly and permanently overtime. just wear booty wow, do leg raises, leg curls, and anything else to work out your gluts, drink proteins, take some supplements and your booty can look like Kim K. lol

Yes cycling and rolling are the best exercises but they take lots of time to show result.

Either way, do not do cardio. I'm aware the topic is a year old, but if you want your butt to be firm and tight, you need to do squats, lunges, and hip thrusts. Look over at bum-exercises.org to find out what the best ones are.
