I too had to go on here after seeing the topic about gay man wanting butt implants haha. I don't think it is particularly gross to use pics to illustrate what you want, but no one has yet to answer your question. Now I am curious if you can achieve something so round and even with an implant. Seems like there would be limitations. I bet Miami would be the place for this type of procedure. I saw some show called "Miami Slice" a while back about Miami plastic surgeons (it was like Dr. 90210 but of Miami). I am pretty sure they had some homosexual plastic surgeon that did pec implants and butt implants. Try looking that up.

i don't think butt implants are the same as breast implants where they use saline bags are they? what if they popped when u sat on it? lol

What they ought to do is use some kind of injectable filler like Juvederm that could be injected to make it bigger. Problem is that stuff is the price of that stuff is so expensive. But to me that seems a heck of a lot better solution than putting saline boob bags in your butt!!!!!

It's ok to post pictures of your butt. That IS what we are talking about.....plastic surgery? The lady that objects is typical of uptight Americans who can't deal with their own bodies, or the fact that we all have rear ends. I'm just curious what in your mind tells you you need to change this aspect of yourself.

juvederm... well i have never really heard of that... i think.. well read this 1st

"I had wonderful results with Juvederm but the results lasted only a month and a half! I can feel that there is some filler left but not much. My doctor has recommended trying Radiesse but with the very negative reviews I am hesitant. I am wondering if I try Juvederm again and instead of one syringe, inject 2, if the results will last longer? Would using Juverderm Ultra Plus work better? Any other suggestions?"

blimey, in the message above i sound really pompous - "in London" lol! Was just suprised by what appeared to be homophobia in a cosmetic surgery forum.I may have misunderstood things. Anyway, as the lady said a while back we've slagged each other off but not really answeered the question. I see butts and breasts as 2 diff things. Now, why women and some men like mens butts is because they are firm and squirming with thick muscle. Breasts on the other hand are more widely desired for soft compliability - ideal for fat grafting or filler. Personally I just think if you're walking down Miami South Bech in your speedos and fella gets a handful of back fat when he grips your ares he won't be hanging around
