I feel awful for this, but I laughed at first when I saw the headline and picture in this article :rolleyes: But I know how dangerous (and irreversible) loose silicone can be in the body, so I do feel bad terrible for the victims. Why have no arrests been made yet for this?

Good question, especially when the "surgeons" should not have been administering the procedure to begin with.
